Massage Therapy has been my destination and passion since I was 15, all my schooling was directed towards my future career in Massage Therapy, when I completed high school in 2017, I continued my schooling in London, ON at TriOS College, formerly known as D'arcy Lane Institute. Although during my final year of post-secondary, the Covid-19 Pandemic hit at a fast pace. We were finally able to complete our hands on training in August of 2020 and slowly after that, I was a Registered Massage Therapist... finally.

Although I started my career in Owen Sound, ON, an hour north of Mount Forest, where I was born in raised with my two brothers. Despite moving to Mount Forest, in with my significant other prior to beginning my career, I had always loved Owen Sound and getting to spend extra time with my family was a bonus while I continued working up there. Although, I slowly became sick of the consistent drive up highway 6 and back.

At the end of 2021 my boyfriend was looking on facebook marketplace and found a storefront on Main Street and had mention maybe I start my own business here and give up the back and forth driving. Although, unfortunately I didn't love the first place I looked, I had my mind set on finding something in Mount Forest and pursuing my dream of becoming a business owner. Lucky for me there was an opportunity next to Hair on Main/The Beauty Lounge. I did a walk through and my mind didn't stop running; where I could put my front desk, how I could close in another room in the future, how to decorate, what I need to buy, paint colours, it was endless and I was so excited.

And here we are over half a year later, open full-time, happy as can be and meeting the most wonderful community and other store owners, it's been a great journey in Mount Forest so far and I can only hope to continue growing and becoming more involved in the community.
