Meet the Team
Claire Prentice is a Registered Massage Therapist. Born and raised in Owen Sound, although she moved to Mount Forest in March of 2020 and started her practice in February of 2021.

Claire knew she wanted to become a RMT at the young age of 15 and pursued her path as quickly as she could to achieve her goals. She provides a relaxation touch to all her clients with a variety of techniques and modalities including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, cupping therapy and hot stone massage.

After graduating from the Massage Therapy program at TriOS College in London, ON she went on to achieve my CPT (personal trainer certificate) and my certificate in cupping therapy as well as hot stones which I have integrated into my practice daily.

In her spare time Claire enjoys spending time with her family and friends as often as possible. She also enjoys being physically active in a gym setting at Saugeen Fitness and playing pickleball with her other half Jake.

Susan Blake is a Registered Massage Therapist. Graduated from Wellsprings College of Massage Therapy and Aesthetics. Susan offers massage therapy that Rehabilitates, Rejuvenates and Revives your Body and Soul. She helps to treat muscle pain and dysfunction.
Susan has over 10 years of experience in the Massage Therapy field, she began her career in Toronto, ON and has been practicing in Barrie, ON for the last 4 years. Although she currently lives in Dundalk.
In Susan's practice she provides stress and pain reduction, injury prevention, deep tissue and relaxation massage. She practices with a holistic and client focused approach that values open communication between client and therapist, using a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, trigger point release, myofascial release and joint mobilizations.

In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her family and taking care of their two family pets: West Highland White terriers. Susan also enjoys keeping physically active by swimming, cycling, yoga and pilates.
