
About CP Massage & Wellness
CP Massage and Wellness was started by Claire Prentice in Mount Forest, ON in 2022. Claire begin CP Massage after a year of working as an RMT. She knew she had the drive and knowledge to be able to own and operate her very own Massage Therapy Clinic, especially after watching both of her parents run their own business.

CP Massage recently relocated to Port Elgin, ON in November 2023 after Claire moved back to Owen Sound, ON. CP Massage is very grateful for the support of all previous, current and future clients who keep us going!
Claire Prentice is a Registered
Massage Therapist. Born and
raised in Owen Sound, where she
started her career at Healthworks.
She later moved on to begin her own
practice in February of2022, which is
now located in the lovely town of
Port Elgin.
Claire knew she wanted to become
a RMT at the age of 15 and achieved
this goal as quickly as she could.
She provides a therapeutic touch to
all of her clients with a variety of
techniques and modalities
including deep tissue massage,
myofascial release, and cupping therapy.

After graduating from the Massage Therapy program at TriOS College in London, ON Claire went on to achieve her CPT (personal trainer certificate) and her certificate in cupping therapy which she has integrated into her daily practice.

Outside of the office Claire enjoys making memories with family and friends, frequents concerts and loves to travel. She is very wellness focused and passionate in self-care, as she enjoys working out, spending time in nature and reading a good book in her down time.

Lindsay Harmer is a Registered
Massage Therapist born and
raised in Mitchell, ON.
Lindsay recently graduated from
the Massage Therapy program
at Fanshawe College in London.

Prior she had completed her
Physiotherapy Assistant Diploma
at Conestoga College in 2022.
She pursued further education
to enhance her skills and
knowledge in the healthcare field.
​
Lindsay focuses on providing a
therapeutic massage by applying
techniques such as deep tissue release to relieve muscle tension and promote healing. She is also trained in cupping therapy, which improves circulation and helps reduce inflammation, allowing her to offer tailored and effective treatments for her clients.
​
In Lindsay's down time she enjoys spending time with her fiancé Mike, who plays for the Winterhawks hockey team in Port Elgin, as well as their golden retriever Nash. She loves exploring Port Elgin's natural beauty and values her time with family and friends. You can often find her walking along the beach, attending hockey games and enjoying quality time with her loved ones.
