CP Massage and Wellness requires a minimum 24 hour notice prior to treatment, if notice is not received client will be charged in full for their treatment time.
Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy is an assessment of soft tissue and joints. It's the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain by manipulation to soft tissue to relieve pain, rehabilitate and maintain physical function to keep each client feeling their best. We offer general swedish massge, deep tissue and pregnancy massage in a side-lying position.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping Therapy is the use of a variety of sizes of cups place on the body in areas of tension/pain. It is used to break the capillaries and pull the stagnant blood and toxins to the surface for the bodies lymphatic system to disgard of. When applied throughout a massage treatment we are able to achieve the highest success for each individual client. During the massage, cups will be placed while the therapist massages the same location and/or another body part.
IASTM
IInstrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization is a gentle, non-invasive therapy technique that uses specially designed handheld tools to help identify and treat soft tissue restrictions. These tools allow a therapist to break down scar tissue, reduce pain and inflammation, and improve overall mobility. It’s commonly used for conditions like tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and post-surgical stiffness by stimulating healing and increasing blood flow to the area.

Integrative Cupping Therapy
How it works

Tools: Plastic and Silicon cups with an attachment that pumps adjusts the suction.

Application: These tools are either placed stationary on the skin using the attachment to create a suction or they are used to move over the skin.

Mechanism: These cups are used to break down the capillaries and pull stagnant blood flow to the surface as well as release the fascia from the muscle to increase circulation, break down scar tissue and release muscle tension.
