If you’ve never visited a Registered Massage Therapist before, you’re bound to have lots of questions or concerns. Below, you’ll find a list of a few common  frequently asked questions. Connect with us today for more information.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I ARRIVE FOR MY TREATMENT?

Please arrive for your treatment on time but no more than 10 minutes prior to treatment time. You are no longer required to wear masks to your treatments, however if you are more comfortable that wearing mask you are more than welcome to!

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST TREATMENT?

Your first session will include a quick assessment to evaluate and create the best treatment for you. During the treatment we will communicate to ensure the pressure is to your comfort, at the end of the treatment we will discuss your home-care and appropriated timing for your follow up appointment.

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER MY TREATMENT?

After your treatment it is important to drink a lot of water to rehydrate your body, take a warm bath or hot shower to help continue to relax your muscles and prevent soreness! Don't forgot to follow any extra home care tips, including stretches/strengthen given after your treatment.

WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO PROVIDE 24hr CANCELLATION NOTICE?

We ask that you try to provide as much notice as you can as your policies state we require 24 hours notice prior to your treatment. Although we are understand 24 hours may not always be possible, but we ask you to be considerate of our time as well, please contact us as soon as you can if you are unable to make it to your appointment. If notice is not given appointments will be charged in full.
